Yum!

I love Trader Joe’s. They have a beer batter bread mix that is so easy to make. Take one 12 oz bottle of beer. Add the mix. Stir lightly. Put in greased pan. Cover with 2 Tbs of melted butter and bake. Yum! And I didn’t have the right size pan so I used a bigger one. Got more crust and crunch. Shelly and I had a field day. No dieting today. We also zoomed for two hours with our friend Joan and played Qwixx together. Nice day at home. Stay safe out there. And enjoy your day.
