Cardinal

More precisely, a male northern cardinal.  Captured this morning through the screen of our bathroom window, which accounts for the somewhat misty nature of the image. But his pose is terrific :)  He's perched on the left side of the compost enclosure. (Its center is in this blip of a juvenile robin.)
