Bone and Block

My inability to remember whether the name of the steak supplier is “Bone and Block” or “Block and Bone” is causing some smutty amusement elsewhere.

Never mind - their ribeyes this evening were absolutely superb. The asparagus gets a solid 8.5 as well.
