pol’s sweet & sour

I’ve started following a Northern Irish chef called Pol Shields on Facebook. He’s the head chef at the Grouse in Ballymena and as he’s stuck at home during lockdown, he has decided to upload a video every day to YouTube with a new recipe. They’re brilliant and have all worked really well! He’s calling himself the isolated chef. Brilliant!
