By the canal

Today was the first time since lock down that I have taken the dogs for a walk by the canal. We had a lovely time. The dogs enjoyed having different sniffs to explore and also enjoyed going in the water. Even Pierce went in which is rare that he will even get his paws wet. It was very beautiful there with lots of wild flowers. We saw a heron and some ducks but the most amazing thing was we saw thousands of tadpoles. I have never seen so many.
