Making lists

I'm reopening the business from next Monday! It has been a tough decision, but I've got PPE etc in place and so it seems to be the sensible thing to do. 
I've been making lots of lists in the hope that I won't forget anything essential - I'll probably wake up in the middle of the night with another item to go on a list!
