Azure

The word  'azure' conjurers up for me water, sea and sand - holidays.

Holidays by the sea, where I learnt to swim, snorkel and eventually dive. Magical colours created by the sun in the water under a boat or looking into the shallows where the fish swam silhouetted against the sand. Happy times. Family times.

This was no exception today as I ventured out to water (yikes!!!) and took the camera. It was like a filter had been removed after weeks of lockdown just for a little while I stalked the damsels on the edge in the margins of the water . 

The damsels and dragons are out early this year apparently.
