Day 59: A Different Perspective

I can't help feeling that the lifting of restrictions to such an extent in England is really asking for trouble. I suppose their scientists must have a different perspective on things.

Seeing the news footage of people packing themselves into commuter trains without any masks or thoughts of distancing was unnerving to say the least.

"Face masks are recommended." Really?

Yet strangely, hairdressers may not open until July, whereas I had my first trim last week.

Spain has now imposed the 14 day quarantine on visitors here and no-one may cross our borders unless they live here or have a very good reason to do so.

So we all wait with bated breath. This weekend will see whether Málaga and Granada amongst others may join the rest of the country in Phase 1.

Until then, we are holed up at home, except for our hour's exercise.

And with the torrential rain we had this morning, that was not much consolation!

Stay safe everybody.
