37 years ago

37 years ago today I was in Gothenburg to see Aberdeen win the European Cup Winners cup - against Real Madrid. I’ve great memories of the day including a biblical amount of rain and an overnight on a ferry before the flight home. I’ve spent a bit of today watching some highlights of the game on Twitter plus an excellent interview with Jock Stein prior to the game which I’ve never seen before.
