State of alarm phase 1 began today, with more freedoms for residents. Groups of up to 10 allowed in a house or in a public place, some bar terraces open, more than one person can travel in a car. All subject to social distancing, wearing masks etc. Did I want to experience the ensuing chaos, do some photo reportage? Not on your nelly. Stayed in and found a subject for Mono Monday instead.
