Bright and Cheerful

Last night we had four Mistle thrushes on our back lawn, two adults and two youngsters.  We've always had them around but I've never seen a family so close.  See extra.

This morning JJ and I worked over the back again clearing away more of the brambles.  The pile we've created in the depths is growing rapidly.

This afternoon I wandered over the back again to see if there were any bugs around, but apart from tiny spiders going about their business I didn't see any.  I did find a discarded Song thrush egg on the path though.

I thought the daisies were pretty cheery for Tiny Tuesday.
