Through the arch

Apparently it was Monday today. All a bit confusing.
After a very chilly day yesterday we had a bit of sunshine so had a nice run up the road loop. I’m enjoying my runs but would really like a flat one now and then!
Sorted out a prescription collection for my dad. I’m so grateful to the neighbours and locals support team who are helping with shopping, collecting and the occasional phone call. It’s making a huge difference to me and to my dad. And suddenly we know people in his street again - just not actually met them yet!
