Internet dating is awkward

I went on two very nice dates with this guy I met online - - totally not my scene and I was petrified to even meet him in person. When he showed up at my door with orange roses (my absolute favorite! How did he know?!?) I was ready to swoon, by the end of the date though, I was happy to have something pretty to remind me that even with a fancy algorithm determining your compatibility with someone, there are no guarantees you're both going to be on the same page... Oh well at least my apartment has some beautiful flowers
