Car Reflections--Paris
Slightly crazy this, reflections on the Rue Richelieu (2e), on leaving the Bibliotheque national de France (BnF) for an excellent exhibition on the Rothschilds in France, mainly in the 19th century. The family was dominant in the banking system, as in other European countries.
I've turned the image upside down, so the buildings are right-side up (the opposite curb is at the bottom); the setting sun still illuminates the top floor. In large you may see that the paper under the windshield advertises repairs for broken i-phone screens (not relevant for us--we have no cell-phone at all!)
To avoid any confusion, we were not at the Mitterand site of the BnF, which I blipped about a week ago here. I've added this to my reflection series.
