Well, this happening this morning

Seriously, we're still in lockdown in Wales, so how is possible to put up scaffolding whilst maintaining social distancing, etc, etc? 

Ach, they were probably doing everything properly, and the lockdown/my own shielding has more than likely conditioned me to be suspicious about any activity.
