Small and often unnoticed

Cold windy day with next to nothing in the way of the promised rain! The plants are crying out for it as are the birds trying to feed nestlings.
Started clearing and old compost bin with a view to repositioning in the new veggie area. Also looked (for the first time I can recall) closely at the flowers on our Holly,small but very delicate and interesting I feel.
