La Nueva . . .

 . . . Norm?   I fear we will lose the insights about some elements we'd like the new norm to contain when it fully emerges, like frugality, simplicity and social redistribution.  This old shop selling cooked vegetables and pulses, only, as it has done for eighty years reminds us of how simple can be good, and affordable for many.  No fuss, no flourish.   'Some lentils, m'am? Or, perhaps, some boiled cabbage and potatoes?'
