Not rapeseed

The meadows are mostly covered in buttercups at present, no livestock since Oct. last. Extremely cold for our walk, hat and gloves essential.

I don't recall B.J. saying the golden oldies could not drive to beauty spots, so we are going to spend the next few days plotting where to go. Have even thought a picnic would be nice, essential actually as cafes not yet open. We may even raid the garage to find a very old picnic stove to make a drink.
