Manchester Central Library

It feels like forever but it's actually only about two and a half years since the city's main source of literature has been unavailable to us. Manchester City Council have promised us a library that will be "a brighter and more exciting place" and it is due to re-open early next year. I hope so...my fine is getting bigger by the day.
