Main activity: Sun drive to Clifton
Notes: Brunch morning of eggs with pork, spinach and feta, homemade bread and pour-over coffee. Decided early afternoon to head to Clifton for the scenic drive, cute small town and just to get out. Lots of people there and out without masks finally. Got ice cream and walked around, drove out by the trailhead and winery but so many cars we couldn't even stop. Pic of Trummer's on Main where we had dinner several years back with Michelle Dion on rainy night. Cooking night of non-lectin sauce (to mimic marinara), sweet potato scones, roasting beets and warming up lots of misc leftovers for dinner.
