Goldfinches

When we first moved to Moulton we had some lupins in the flowerbed outside the kitchen window and the first spring/summer we were here we must have had a flock of about 100 goldfinches feeding on the seeds and probably insects - I am not sure. I was almost late for work as I was fascinated by them. Whilst we haven't had so many recently, these arrived and had a good feed and then were off to another feeding source.
