Mother’s Day

Today was wonderful! We started out having breakfast at El Patio Restaurante (our home patio) complete with mimosas ;-)
After breakfast I called my sisters to videoconference and wish them all a happy Mother’s Day. They know me well, and my habit of taking screenshots during our conversations, but this time it was difficult to get all four of us in one shot. Our husbands got to talk a little too. We had dinner at the same restaurant as breakfast, we’re regulars there already!! ;-)))
After our pecan pie with vanilla ice cream dessert, my daughters surprised me with handcrafted gifts that made me tear up. Especially because of some photos of my mom, as this is the first Mother’s Day she is not physically with us. (See extras)
