VE day

I didn't really plan to do much for this. But inspired by friends baking etc last night, when we got up we made some decorations (see the extra photo) and decided we would join in with a garden picnic.. We also made flags using garden sticks and bunting for outside the hedge stapled together!

Early afternoon a neighbour told us the street had decided. To have a (strictly socially distanced) street party... it was so nice to see humans and have conversation, even at a very careful distance. We spent a couple of hours outside, which was lovely
