Daisy's Challenge

Today was such a grim day outside, as anticipated, so we did indoor pursuits.

Here is one of Daisy's "Mermay" illustrations - a different theme each day of the month. Today was "ashamed".

I fixed a jammed door lock, helped Daisy make a pumpkin pie, did a bit of sewing, and started reading an old Victorian classic: King Solomon's Mines.
