Water Tower

Our village has a rather fetching water tower. Built in the 1930s it is a lovely brick structure rather than the big concert things that a lot of other local villages have.

It’s a real landmark and here it is from the top of Haw Hill, where apparently there might have, maybe have, been a bit of a battle in the olden days.

Annoyingly our toaster decided to die this morning, a big flash and a bang and no toast. Luckily being a dualit it is very mendable.
