Chorizo, Mexican style
Little did I know, but chorizo is the seasoning of the dish, not the sausage you put on pizza. That’s chorizo sausage...makes sense I suppose.
So this was recipe day as supplied by Cecilio in Mexico. I made bread rolls with a poolish (overnight ferment) and KT made the chorizo seasoned pork. Now watching Bozza and his plan...if only we had the A team, now they’d have a plan. Or even Baldrick.
