INSCRUTABLE BOX?

Made this back in the early '70's & gave it to my mother one Christmas. She thanked me with shocking politeness & placed it on a kitchen windowsill facing a tall wooden fence where no-one would ever see its ugliness!

When you tilt the lid back it gets worse - the extra happens - showing terrible dentistry! OK - it wasn't my best work, but when my mother died I brought it to Belgium.

Still have a soft spot for it :o)
