Had a sit on the seafront this morning a bit cold then yesterday one of Keith's running friends came past and had a few words asked about Keith

Then when I got home I did the rest of the housework so that is done for a couple of days

Listened to my neighbour below do her singing today it was show tune Sunday and it was from guys and dolls

Then just after lunch had a phone call from Keith which is all ways brilliant and all ways makes my day and lifts me if I am in a low mood

Just let's hope Boris say something that gose towards getting to see him soon
Knowing my luck I doubt it
