Not Treacle Tart

Day fifty four and the last of the proper full on lock-down here. I wanted to make a treacle tart, but we could not find Golden Syrup in the shops. We found however a kind of apple/sugar substitute. This was also my first attempt at making pastry from scratch (as opposed to buying it ready made). All in all, not a bad tart.
