A BUZZARD.

Raining when I got up this morning, however by 6.30am it had stopped so left for the canal. It was soooo windy and absolutely freezing. Apparently there are six cygnets, but luckily for them they were staying warm under mum., dad however was on a mission down the canal to attack the two swans who stay further up the canal. He managed to scare them into flying off (see extra). I was so lucky when looking about, to see this buzzard on a fence post, and managed to get this shot. Home and had breakfast with the heating on. It has been a beautifully sunny day, but with a freezing wind.
