Nerve wracking

It’s been a busy but great day.

Arnie did many trips to the dump that opened again without any fanfare. Four huge bags of garden rubbish and too many empty bottles to confess to on this platform.

The plastic, cardboard and tins were all collected yesterday morning by the recycling guys who seem to be using their exercise time to get back to work.

We got the laundry room and the adjoining toilet sorted out and thoroughly cleaned.

Arnie has been needing a haircut for a while so eventually build up the courage to let me loose with the clippers. A bit shorter than planned but he seems happy with it. I have no idea why Shiv made a quick exit when I picked up the clippers to take them inside :-)
