Still Life

A typical Sunday with not much being done except cooking the usual Sunday lunch.
 
Today’s picture is of some vegetables, which I will turn to black and white for the U3A May album. So that we all keep in some kind of contact during this quarantine and so we continue to take photographs, an album is being set up each month using something called “sync”. We can post what we like each month, but this month it is for something black and white if possible. As I am house and garden bound, this is a challenge, so a still life seemed appropriate. I might do one with fruit tomorrow and set it up properly instead of balancing it on the hob!! 

The temperature today was fifteen degrees Celsius at GMT noon; so eight degrees cooler. It was sunny during the morning, turning to cold and windy during the afternoon, with a threat of rain.
