Time

I have no idea where this came from, somewhere in my crazy youth, but I seem to remember we used to call these dandelion clocks when we were kids. Again with no clue as to why we called them clocks there was some tale about blowing the seeds away and however many were left indicated what the time was. Even as a nipper I thought that bit odd as I was pretty sure there were more than 24 seeds on these things! Clearly too clever for my own good and lacking in soul?
