Still the best reason for giving blood!

I think this might be my first human contact in over a month.... when the scotBlood staff stuck a needle in my arm!!!

Interestingly I took my own advice for a change - decided to hold ESR points while the donation was happening and found that I had absolutely no queasy / faint feeling!! I’ll definitely be doing that again!
