Rent No More

Back in 2006, before the housing market bottomed out, Robby and I purchased our 1st home in Raleigh, NC. We actually didn't purchase the house together but lived 5 doors apart from each other... If that's what you wanna call it. I met Robby and his family the weekend I moved into my house. He was out looking at communities and I just so happen to be sitting on my front porch, welcoming this cute boy into my home.

It's a really great story that I'll share sometime but bc of Robby's job, we sold both our houses and moved to Florida. Since April of 2010, we have been renting in Jacksonville, Fl - 2 years at the beach and 1 year a little inland... BUT, we will finally be home owners again this summer moving a little further south to St. Augustine. This is a pic of Langan and I signing some of our paperwork. I think he is pretty excited about the move... Lord knows I am!
