Fake weekend starts today!!!

I have been soooooo tired this past week so started the FW with a lovely long lie in! I think I actually got 12hours in last night!!!
Next a bit of training, hill reps today up at St Annes hill, I think its just over a kilometre up and back down. Was planning on 3 reps but ended up doing 4...that last one was a killer!!! I'm sure uphill was against the wind too!!! My legs are sure gonna be feeling that tomorrow!

Anyway at least the sun was shining so got a bit of Vitamin D in! A spot of food shopping then a couple of hours to relax!! I love being at home on a sunny day with it streaming through the front windows, makes the place feel so warm and cosy!
