Appearances... (again)

Looks like the southern hemisphere, or a backBlip from the summer. But no. Scottieland in January.

Worse - it was blowing a gale. 30mph (say 45kph) from the west. The official temperature was 6-7c. According to the Met Office website, it "felt like" 0c

I rarely have a good word for weather forecasters in this part of the world, but today they were right.

Well, a few minutes of wind and sand blasting must have been good for me.

The light has changed as well. We're past the dark depths of winter.
