Geeze I hope so

The neighbor has this on their fence line, it's a big huge banner and tacked down so the wind can't blow it away.  I've passed it several times, the first few times I thought yes, yes things will be OK.  Then I have days where I REALLY hope this is true.  Today is one of those days of doubt, even now looking at this picture the question pokes around in my brain.  Is everything really gonna be alright?  Stupid virus.
