A Whole New Way Of Communicating

Guess what arrived today...my extension tube, to give me more macro opportunities with my camera. I didn’t really push it today..just messed around with some daisies in the lawn...but pretty pleased so far.

This afternoon I took Sushi to have his lesson on China. We were met with a real treat when we got to the yard as in the early hours of this morning one of Mel’s mares gave birth to a little boy foal. He was very cute but as the vet had only just finished, the mother was a bit stressed and very protective so I didn’t want to disturb her too much by going in to take any pictures...they can wait for another day.

Eldest has spent the evening on a zoom call with his university friends, I find it so interesting how the kids are adapting. This is quite a regular event and they have had quizzes, fancy dress up and treasure hunts. A whole new way of communicating and socialising seems to be evolving.
