TREECREEPER

I felt much better today and had a lovely walk in the cemetery where I spotted a pair of treecreepers working their way up this tree. I couldn't get them both in one blip but it cheered me up to see them.

The extra is a Greater Spotted Fly Tipper at work in the alley behind our house this morning. He was making a hell of a racket - certainly not being furtive - smashing up a washing machine or tumble dryer with an axe and a drill and chucking the bits he wanted over the alley gate. I wasn't about to go out of my back gate, in my dressing gown, and remonstrate but I took a series of photos from the top window, and then more of the mess he left behind and sent them to the Police and Council.
