A couple of weeks ago we did an online food shop for delivery with a local company which usually supplies restaurants. I had ordered strong white bread flour and Was surprised when this packet of French flour was delivered. After a bit of research I finally decided it probably was bread flour so used it today for the first time to make pizza dough. It worked perfectly and the pizzas were delicious!
