Groundhog Day 47 of COVID-19 UK lockdown.

A beautiful sunny humid day with the temperature about 25C. We did a bit of food shopping followed by some gardening work.

Whilst Mrs BB went for a local walk I made my way to the Quarry, Machen, Caerphilly, South Wales (UK) and took a photo of the quarry as it's closed for the weekend (see extra) and one of our village as you can see in the main photograph. The view is looking West towards Caerphilly town. Very top right you can just see part of the coal spoil.

An evening in with a salad and chilled white wine. Hope you're enjoying VE weekend. Yesterday the Welsh Government announced a further three weeks lockdown :(
