Traffic

BoJo has only just hinted that tomorrow he will talk about very slowly opening up the country and already traffic round here has noticeably increased.  Well, yes, today is the last hot one for a while so maybe it's inevitable, but I will miss the quiet and the wonderfully fresh air.  Winchester's built in a dip and can get very stinky!

So this was North Walls this morning, with a cyclist peeling off for the park.  I couldn't resist posting the shot for SillySaturday.  Is s/he silly wearing her/his hi-vis vest on top of the backpack?  No, probably quite sensible, but it was certainly eye-catching and it did make me smile.

Not a lot else of note today.  My neighbour gets her shopping delivered and is kindly including short lists from me of things only available out of town.  That came this morning and very welcome it was.  When we'd unpacked, K and I sat in the garden and ate tomato, mozzarella and basil salad for lunch.  Excellent!
