Mr Bean...

...made it back in one piece from a friend's house despite having to travel in a bike pannier for 7 hilly miles up and over the Charnwood Forest. I packed him in with the shopping I had got from Elf Foods in Loughborough beforehand, which did the trick.

My green-fingered friend gave me a couple of bean plants last year and they did brilliantly in front of my south facing garage wall. I have high hopes again this year. I have a couple more bean plants to collect when they're ready for the garden in a couple of weeks' time.
