The Ridge

I did my weekly virtual workshop with WW for those of us who are on the NDPP (National Diabetic Prevention Programme). It was good to see new members joining us, there aren't many of us and it gives everyone a chance to speak if they wish.

We had a minutes silence out on the front with the neighbours to remember the end of the Second World War and those who lost their lives throughout the UK and Europe. The rest of our VE Day was very low key.

It was a block walk today. I'm sure everyone is wondering what is going to be said on Sunday. I think it will suit some and not others.

Will made a very delicious and very rich lasagne, so tasty, it's great when he cooks and very much appreciated.
