Winter textures

Waded through deep snow (still!) on the permissive path this morning - then got stuck in deep snow-covered mud at the farm. The countryside is a mucky place at the moment!

Lots of long-tailed tits around in the wood and my garden - one of my favourite birds and the wind is getting stronger and stronger.....
