Steak
Steak with peppercorn sauce, carrot salad, and salad. Wine: Château Haut-Franquet Moulis 1998.
There is really nothing not to love about this dinner. It’s not very often that I have 20+ year old Bordeaux (ok, it’s never happened before). This one was rather surprisingly budget friendly, though.
