Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

Walking...

A beautiful day for a lovely walk on the carriage trail and thru Volunteer Park.  It seemed twice as long as it really was…It’s what’s keeping us somewhat sane but I do better on the flat Im sorry to say.    The blip is Noguchi’s “Black Sun” ( 1969).  in front of the Seattle Asian Art Museum in Volunteer Park…that opened it’s new wing just a short time before it had to close again.   Not too many people…most are lying enjoying the sun.  But I never take it from this angle and like to see the camels in front of this Art Deco building.    Almost blipped the mountains to the east and to the west that Seattle is between (extra) as we had to cross over 2 different freeway bridges on this walk.   The other extra is the peaceful light dappled part of the ‘carriage trail” ….

where the walking is good… all kinds of things get mulled over and possibly decided. financial issues, family issues, what to do about this or that issues.  One from today was what to do with all my past work that is so disorganized and not in any kind of book form.  (you can tell this quarantine has me thinking more about that “death cleaning”.  only thinking.)   Well, Adobe has a “free”: portfolio (with the simplest plan for Lr and Ps) which seems like a good start to pick just some works in each category (including old paintings) that will be in one place.   But it is a learning curve.   Another project!  But could be fun.
