Heroes

Kendal Community Nurses ready to deliver party food, flowers and party bags to the elderly and vulnerable who would normally meet at the monthly Lunch Bunch at the Parish Hall. MrP and I helped deliver, but didn't dress up I'm afraid. The real heroes are those from Kendal People's Cafe who spent all morning preparing all the cakes, sandwiches and scones for us to deliver.
