That's my flower bed

We've had a really nice day, nothing to report really.

We've both done exercise which always helps. Played with the Boys who have spent almost all day outside, and have had a great time.

My morning was interrupted with work, which took up a few hours actually about 5 when I come to think of it - but I had the rest of the day off which has been lovely.

The Boys were suspiciously quiet late in the afternoon - I discovered them watering the flower bed and jumping in the huge puddle they had made.  They thought it was fantastic!

Today I'm grateful for:
No emails after 11am
A beautiful sunny day
Lovely long run this morning, really enjoying the running at the moment
